Acceptable use and child safety
This policy applies to every product, application, and service operated by Three Marks LLC, including any service that accepts images, audio, video, or text from the people who use it.
Individual products carry their own terms of service. This policy sits above all of them. Where a product term is narrower than this policy, this policy governs.
Content that is always prohibited
You may not use any Three Marks LLC service to upload, create, generate, request, store, transmit, or share any of the following. This list is absolute and admits no exception, artistic or otherwise.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, and any sexualised depiction of a minor. This prohibition applies whether the material is photographic, drawn, animated, edited, or generated by a computer or an artificial intelligence system, and it applies regardless of whether any real child was involved in its creation.
- Child sexual exploitation more broadly. Grooming, sextortion, the solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes, the trafficking of a minor, and any attempt to use our services to facilitate any of these.
- Terrorist and violent extremist content (TVEC). Material that promotes, celebrates, or facilitates terrorism or violent extremism, and material produced by or on behalf of an entity designated as a terrorist organisation.
- Adult non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Intimate or sexually explicit imagery of an adult shared or created without that person's consent, including imagery synthesised or edited to depict a real, identifiable person.
- Images of other people uploaded without their knowledge or consent, and any attempt to make a real, identifiable person the subject of generated content without their permission.
How we enforce this
Images uploaded to our services are screened for known child sexual abuse material before they are processed or retained. Screening happens on our own systems, at the point of upload, and it runs before an image reaches any generation model and before the image is stored.
Where an image is identified as known child sexual abuse material, we refuse the request, block the upload, and preserve the material and its associated records as required by law. We do not return a generated result, and the material is not passed onward to any third-party model.
We also apply automated and human review to other categories of prohibited content, and we may limit, suspend, or permanently terminate any account or device that violates this policy. Repeat violations result in permanent termination.
Reporting to authorities
Three Marks LLC is a United States company. Where we obtain actual knowledge of apparent child sexual abuse material on our services, we report it to the CyberTipline operated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve the material and related records in accordance with 18 U.S.C. section 2258A. NCMEC may in turn make that report available to law enforcement.
We are registered with NCMEC as an Electronic Service Provider for this purpose.
Reporting a concern to us
If you encounter material on any Three Marks LLC service that you believe violates this policy, tell us at [email protected]. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of everything else.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by telephone on 1-800-843-5678.

We may revise this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be reflected here.
